She is also the founder of Austin's Other Worlds Film Festival and currently serves as the Artistic Director of aGLIFF, the oldest Queer film festival in the Southwest. The hosts talk with Bears about her career, the ins and outs of festival programming, her unique experiences both working and attending them, tips on how and when to submit (and not to submit) films, and some highlights from this year's virtual edition of Sundance.
